HOW TO AVOID THE DISGRUNTLED GUEST

Nothing is more frightening to the event coordinator than a guest who is angry from the get-go!  "I have to stand in THAT line just to register?!"  We all know, through learning the hard way, that come the end of the event, that same grumpy guest is going to be even unhappier when they realize they need to stand in yet another line to pay for and then pick up all those prized auction items s/he has bid upon.
